Dreams & Internal Communication
Dreams can be explored as internally generated Communication Matter moving through an internal space under altered external constraints.
This is a research application, not a substitute for established neuroscience.
Part IV
Tests of explanatory reach across human, relational, organizational, institutional, and artificial domains.
Required application method
Applications demonstrate explanatory reach but do not prove the core theory. Each application proceeds from established knowledge to CFT interpretation, explicitly labeled conjecture, a testable prediction, and clear ethical and evidentiary limits.

Truth claims become actionable through evidence, provenance, trust, interpretation, and maintenance within shared spaces.
CFT examines the processing architecture without reducing truth itself to trust or consensus.
Close relationships can be modeled as high-yield, deeply integrated association structures that participate in relational identity.
Formal description can illuminate relational structure without exhausting the lived meaning of love or grief.
Teaching creates candidate matter; learning integrates, associates, tests, trusts, and maintains it.
Information exposure alone does not guarantee learning. Integration, trustworthy traversal, and maintenance are decisive.
Emotion may be investigated as a response to significant changes, threats, conflicts, or opportunities within identity-relevant structures.
Links to measured emotional processes remain a research agenda unless independently established.
Cognitive difficulty and recovery can be explored through changes in accessibility, association, trust, identity organization, and maintenance.
CFT must not convert metaphor into diagnosis or treatment claims; clinical applications require expertise and independent validation.
Persistent Communication Matter may support reconstruction of identity representations, while continuity, agency, and consciousness remain distinct questions.
Identity model, social continuity, subjective continuity, and consciousness must not be conflated.
Organizations and institutions can be analyzed as governed communication spaces with distributed memory, identity, trust, reasoning, and maintenance.
Extensive records do not guarantee learning when matter is inaccessible, weakly associated, poorly trusted, or never maintained.
Artificial systems provide one implementation domain in which the architecture can be engineered and evaluated.
CFT is not an AI theory. Artificial systems are one domain in which its claims may be implemented, tested, and challenged; consciousness remains a separate question.
